•Most but not all online orders can be refunded/exchanged, for example bespoke, personalised or worn items can't be.
•Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
•Notify us as soon as possible with your issue and if the issue cannot be resolved return your order with the printed order notification sent to you when you first placed your order so we know who you are - but don't forget to get proof of postage, you may want send with proof of signature so you can be notified when its been received.
•All items posted to us is at the customers cost. If you do require an exchange we will pay for the item to be posted back to you.
